Improve Moral By Cleaning

We recently helped a local manufacturing company improve their employee's moral by cleaning their breakroom and cafeteria. This was a thorough, deep cleaning of walls, ceilings, trusses, ductwork, lighting fixtures and other areas that janitorial services don't typically clean. Dirt and grime builds up slowly over time and usually isn't a huge priority when compared to the daily operations of a business. This company saw it differently. They realized that it's more likely that employees will take pride in their work and their facilities when they are lead by example. The difference was astonishing after the cleaning and the employees were happy to have a revitalized cafeteria to eat in.
